Our Hidden Heroes

All over Anglesey, an army of community heroes are doing great work helping to make this island a better place. And now, I want to make sure they’re recognised.

I need your help searching for our island's Hidden Heroes

Thousands of people across Ynys Môn work tirelessly every day to make the lives of others better. These people often work for free and for little recognition. But it’s time to change that. Every few weeks I’ll be announcing a new Hidden Hero on my website and on social media – someone who is working hard for their community day in day out to make a difference.

But I need your help. If you know someone that deserves our thanks for their vital work, fill in the form to nominate them today! Let’s let our heroes know that we appreciate them.

Ledled Ynys Môn, mae byddin o arwyr cymunedol yn gwneud gwaith gwych i helpu i wneud yr ynys hon yn lle gwell. A nawr, rydw i eisiau gwneud yn siŵr eu bod nhw’n cael eu cydnabod.

Rydw i angen eich help chi i chwilio am Arwyr Cudd ein hynys

Mae miloedd o bobl ledled Ynys Môn yn gweithio’n ddiflino bob dydd i wella bywydau pobl eraill. Mae’r bobl hyn yn aml yn gweithio am ddim a heb fawr o gydnabyddiaeth. Ond mae’n bryd newid hynny. Bob ychydig wythnosau byddaf yn cyhoeddi Arwr Cudd newydd ar fy ngwefan ac ar y cyfryngau cymdeithasol – rhywun sy’n gweithio’n galed i’w cymuned ddydd ar ôl dydd i wneud gwahaniaeth.

Ond rydw i angen eich help chi. Os ydych chi’n adnabod rhywun sy’n haeddu ein diolch am eu gwaith hanfodol, llenwch y ffurflen i’w henwebu heddiw! Gadewch i ni roi gwybod i’n harwyr ein bod yn eu gwerthfawrogi
