Today I spoke in a debate held by my colleague Nick Fletcher MP - on suicide prevention and the National curriculum.
I thanked the Labour MP Liz Twist for her work Chairing the Cross Party APPG (All Party Parliamentary Group) for Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention.
Suicide sadly affects many families across the UK - I am one of those families.
Following the tragic death of my brother I launched a campaign to train 100 people across Anglesey in mental health first aid with the support of Môn CF, the Local Conversation Project and donations from the likes of Stena Line.
