Mental Health Drop in

This Week is the Mental Health Foundation’s “Mental Health Awareness Week.”

Mental Health is a subject extremely close to my heart, and is one of my ongoing campaigns, which has included working with Môn CF Anglesey to provide Mental Health First Aid training to constituents across the island.

On Thursday 18th May many schools, workplaces and individuals will take part in “Wear it Green” Day in order to raise funds for the vital work that the Mental Health Foundation carry out, from researching and delivering community programs to producing resources for those struggling with mental health, or worried for someone that does.
