Earth Day

The theme for World Earth Day 2023 is "Invest in our planet"

From planting trees, to supporting sustainable fashion or participating in a beach clean - the Earth Day Website linked in the comments below has lots of great suggestions for getting involved in this years celebration.

One of their focuses this year is on climate action and investment in renewables.

Anglesey is known as Energy Island - with wind, wave, tidal, solar and hopefully new nuclear power - we are leading the way in renewable energy and I am proud to continue to play my part in that with my campaign for new nuclear at Wylfa - and my recent involvement in offshore wind.
