Bu’n bleser pur cael cwrdd â Mia a Sara yn Ysgol Sefydledig Caergeiliog a’u llongyfarch am ennill y wobr gyntaf a’r ail wobr yn fy Nghystadleuaeth Cerdyn Nadolig Flynyddol!

Mae dyluniad buddugol gwych Mia wedi mynd allan i dros 2500 o fusnesau, sefydliadau ac unigolion ar draws yr ynys, a noddwyd hyn gan fusnesau lleol heb unrhyw gost i’r etholaeth.

Mae Mia a Sara yn glod i’w hysgol ac roedd y ddwy’n hyfryd i sgwrsio â nhw. Uchafbwynt y diwrnod oedd cael fy amgylchynu gan wynebau gwenog hapus yn sgwrsio â mi am eu rhestrau Nadolig yn yr uned Feithrin!

Yn ogystal – rwy’n cael dychwelyd atynt unwaith eto i flasu eu prydau Cinio Caergeiliog campus.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mia and Sara at Ysgol Sefydledig Caergeiliog and congratulate them both for being winner and runner up in my Annual Christmas Card Competition!

Mia’s fantastic winning design has gone out to over 2500 businesses, organisations and individuals across the island, at no cost to the electorate having been sponsored by local businesses.

Mia and Sara are both an absolute credit to their school and were a delight to chat to.

The highlight of the day was being swarmed by happy smiley faces telling me all about their Christmas lists at the Meithrinfa Ysgol Caergeiliog Nursery!

And – I’ve been promised a return visit to include their infamously tasty Caergeiliog Lunches.

In this column I usually focus on the ‘bigger picture’ part of my role:   fighting to secure Anglesey Freeport in Westminster because I know how much our young people need the good quality, well paid jobs this will bring,  badgering Ministers, raising the profile of new nucl
