It was a pleasure to welcome Peter Williams to No 10 Downing Street. Peter has farmed in Bryngwran for over 40 years, as well as being Chairman of Sioe Mon - Anglesey Show , and he bought one of his delicious lambs for Prime minister Liz Truss.

This was part of a reception at No 10 to celebrate British Farmers and the excellent news that British Lamb is now being exported to the USA for the first time in 20 years.

This means world-class Welsh lamb will be on plates all across the United States for the first time in decades, which is excellent news for sheep farmers across Ynys Môn, with their produce now available to 330 million American consumers.
