Westminster

I am determined to bring jobs and skilled employment to Ynys Môn which is why I campaigned for over three years for Anglesey to have Freeport status.

I regularly meet businesses in Westminster and take businesses like GE-Hitachi - around our island.

I met with Douglas McQueen the Managing Director of Boccard UK who have a digital manufacturing plant in Broughton, to discuss the company’s plan to develop their investment in North Wales with 200+ high skilled jobs in the area.

Boccard is an engineering and digital manufacturing company that works with the likes of EDF and SMR developers.

It was great to meet Douglas in Westminster and I look forward to welcoming him and his team around Anglesey soon.
