In Treasury Questions I asked the minister:

‘𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘗 𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘢 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘐𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘚𝘦𝘢 - 20 𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘺 - 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 1.5 𝘎𝘞 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 1,500 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘫𝘰𝘣𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 £3.5𝘣𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘫𝘰𝘣𝘴.
