Thursday 2nd February is Time to Talk Day in Wales. Mental health charities Adferiad Recovery and Mind Cymru, in partnership with Co-op , are encouraging everyone to make space in their day for a conversation about mental health.

Mental Health is a subject extremely close to my heart, and is one of my ongoing campaigns, which has included working with Môn CF Anglesey to provide Mental Health First Aid training to constituents across the island.
